HOTT stands for HOUSES OPENING TODAY TORONTO INC. We are a non-profit housing organization that develops and manages subsidized rental housing in Toronto.

Founded in 1987, HOTT was created by a group of people from the local community who were interested in providing affordable housing to meet the needs of people with low to moderate incomes. Initially providing rooms in houses for single adults, HOTT now has been able to add self-contained apartments to our housing portfolio for singles, couples and families.

HOTT takes pride in its efforts to provide the highest quality of service to our tenants and in the most pleasant surroundings that our budget allows. HOTT strives to treat every tenant with dignity, respect and consideration.
