

The building will consist of two four-plexes, with separate ground level and upper level units. The development is designed to fit within the neighbourhood , with suitable scale and appropriate finishing materials.
The ground level apartments are one-bedroom units with approximately 600 square feet plus a basement. The upper level apartments are two bedroom units, approximately 875 square feet on two levels.
One end unit on the ground floor is designed to be barrier free with a ramp to provide the required access.
Tenants at 30 Darrell will be screened from the Housing Connections waiting list. HOTT has properties in this neighborhood , with individuals and families from this waiting list.
With HOTT being a smaller operation, we have been able to foster a sense of community and development in the individuals and families who move in with us.
