HOTT Onboards our 15th Property!

We are delighted to announce that HOTT has officially onboarded our newest property, the 15^th in our portfolio!

The new building adds 38 units and its residents to our community and brings our total unit count to 209 affordable and deeply affordable housing units throughout Toronto.

The location of this property is incredible as it extends our reach into the west end on Roncesvalles Avenue and gives us the opportunity to work and house residents in a lovely new area of the city. As we continue to grow,  we remain dedicated to creating sustainable and inclusive communities. Our model is founded on respect, relationship building, and a desire to meet the challenges of providing quality, affordable housing. 

This acquisition was made possible by funding awarded to us through the City of Toronto Multi-Unit Residential Acquisition (MURA) program. This program provides nonprofits with the opportunity to acquire market rent buildings to ensure that rents remain affordable and moves housing stock from the private to the nonprofit sector.
